Chicken Dakbanglow (Signature Dish) (Half Tray)

A heritage dish inspired by the fowl curry made during the British era in the buildings (Dakbanglow) that housed the Imperial Mail Service. During the stay of government officials, the Khansamah (steward) used to prepare meals with local fresh produce country style.
