Hello everyone! I am Ranjini. Wife, mother, passionate cook, traveler and an educator. I have been in the cooking profession for the last several years. I grew up in eastern India and moved to the USA about 15 years ago. Ever since I moved abroad, I always missed the foods and flavors of my hometown. Over the years I’ve learned many unique dishes from my mother and the exposure to varied cuisines from across India and the world has really fueled my passion for cooking and creating something unique and mouth-watering. I love to cook for my family and friends and have always received many compliments and encouragement to take this to the next level. I’m grateful to my family for always encouraging me to be a better version of myself. With my family’s recipes and my knowledge, I would love to bring my passion to the world, and I sincerely hope you will enjoy them every bit as much as I did, preparing them.

With 15 years of experience cooking skill, Chef Ranjini will help you personalize any meal to fit your diet, preferences, and spice tolerance.
We offer:
- Weekly online workshops, which cover traditional Indian dishes in a 4-week series, building your Indian cooking skills.
- In person classes, cooking with me in my kitchen to learn new and favorite foods.
Virtual Class Schedule: Convenient for meal prep or weeknight dinners, cook from the comfort of your kitchen in 90 minutes. Chef Ranjini will share spices and ingredients list you will need to purchase in advance and cooks with you LIVE — no pre-recorded videos — to teach and troubleshoot in real time.
Fees: $140 for a 4-workshop series, including recipes and online instruction. $50 for a single drop-in class.

Class Fees
Group classes are $50 / hour per person and individual classes are $75 / hour per person. Classes have to booked at least one month in advance and will be conducted between 11am and 7pm PST.
